1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

• You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it, for any reason.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

In compliance with hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, socks, or swimwear) if the hygiene seal has been broken or the item shows signs of use, unless the product is faulty.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@elaraverve.com. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the address on the package without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Defective Items: If the item is faulty or incorrect, Elara Verve will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Timeframe: The refund will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, you have up to 30 days to request a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
