1. WHO WE ARE

2. THESE TERMS

Your use of our Site is subject to our Terms of Use, and your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Elara Verve.

Please review these terms before purchasing — they explain your rights and what you can expect from us.

3. WHO CAN SHOP WITH US

To shop with Elara Verve, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country)
  • Be purchasing for personal, non-commercial use

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to be intended for resale or commercial distribution.

4. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS

We may partner with third-party payment platforms (such as Tap) to securely process payments. You may be subject to their additional terms when checking out. These will be clearly presented during the payment process.

5. PLACING & CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER

How to Order

You can place an order through our website by completing your details at checkout and selecting “Confirm Order.” All prices include applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise.

Order Process

  • Order Received: You’ll receive an email confirmation listing the items ordered.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Order Acceptance: The contract between us is confirmed when we dispatch your order.

Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right not to accept an order if:

  • Items are out of stock
  • Pricing errors occur
  • Payment cannot be authorized

6. PAYMENT & SECURITY

Payment is made in advance. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via PCI-compliant gateways. We may run fraud checks and request additional verification as needed (see our Privacy Policy for more).

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping details, delivery options, and timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. If unforeseen delays occur, we’ll notify you with a revised estimate. Delivery is complete once the order reaches the address you provided.

We are not responsible for the parcels lost or stolen due to incorrect or incomplete delivery instructions. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

8. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel:

  • Return the items unused, with original tags and packaging

If your items have already shipped, you must return them at your own cost unless they’re faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our standard Returns and Refund Policy applies as follows:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Items excluded from return:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits (if hygiene liner is removed)
  • Headwear
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or altered items
  • Items returned outside the accepted time frame

If your return is due to a product fault, we will refund the full price including shipping or offer a suitable replacement, depending on availability.

10. FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or mis-described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with your order number and details of the issue.

11. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to ensure all product information, imagery, and pricing on our site is accurate.
However, minor variations in colour, detail, or packaging may occur due to display settings or production updates.

If an error affects your order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or solution.

12. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may vary by region or platform.
We cannot guarantee continuous availability of any item. If a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund you in full.

13. SECURITY CHECKS

We may perform security checks on orders to prevent fraud. These may include identity verification or coordination with fraud prevention services. Any data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. DISCOUNT & LOYALTY PROGRAMS

From time to time, we offer promotional codes or loyalty programs. These are subject to individual terms and may not be applied to sale items or third-party collaborations.

We reserve the right to cancel any discount, loyalty reward, or promotional use if misuse or abuse is suspected.

15. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (UK CUSTOMERS)

UK customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason.
To do this, complete the Withdrawal Form (Annex 1) and email it to contact@elaraverve.com.

Returned products must be unused and returned within 14 days at your own cost. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
